:O Shocking. *Excuse me whilst i regain my senses* Katniss and Peeta have won, assuming everything is going to go back to normal. But when the Capitol turns a virulent eye toward Katniss' final act of defiance in the arena, life becomes anything but normal. Uprisings in the districts are happening, and President Snow pays Katniss' home a visit, threating to torture and even kill love-struck Gale, unless Katniss steps up on her love act with Peeta, whose true emotions only make the relationship more awkward. After the tour of the district, Katniss and Peeta find it wasn't enough, and are thrown back into the Hunger Games for a second year as part of a sick 75th anniversary twist. Nothing is what it seems in Catching Fire, the second installment in The Hunger Games series.
